Great machine
Arrived with a part missing but once I made customer service aware they were all over it and the part was received a couple of days later, good comms and ultimately the machine works like a dream, grand kids love it

It is not fit for purpose
Junk - didn't work, followed instructions to the letter (twice) both times it just stopped turning, no power, so as soon as it turns into ice cream, the drive stops working, can't churn it, so it freezes up and won't come out... making a right mess. Returned, received by them, a month later still chasing for the refund.
