The pole was such a large diam (to be fair I didn't read the dimensions...that it was impossible to grip and put up. Returns process pretty crap too...label didn't work & I still haven't got my money back despite paying for Hermes to return it!

Very hard to put up and even more difficult to put down. Also didn't tilt like in the picture. Waste of money.
