Defective and inferior quality. Not recommended
Product quality is very bad. In the first unit which I received, when you put the back cover on, there is no mobile signal and you can't make or receive calls. The audio quality of calls is also very bad. The replacement unit shows No Service when in SIM is inserted. Unexpected from a basic phone as this. I'm giving up on this and considering this as lost money. Do not recommend.

some good and bad. overall I m liking the phone
I love the product. It doesn't have ear p piece but i don't think you will miss it. Network connectivity for me is good no issue . Sound is good look is good. Wish its keys were more sturdy they need a little refinement. Camera is also bad with they charged us a little more and get us a good camera and high res screen. Maybe the jack also doesn't support high bit audio quality. If hmd can improve all of this in new iteration along with no bloat and hotspot feature with 4g my next upgrade would be worth it

Amazon Return stuck in Matrix and HMD stuck in No network - Go Figure !!
This is against both Amazon and Unknown company called HMD mobile. Amazon has an amazing since it is making any ability to contact them like reaching a God. Nice circular reference to of clicks to chase your own tail. This is how I dislocated my first finger via clicks. Now my return order is stuck between heaven and earth. This is how it goes Account >> Contact us >> Running dog >> click on order >> Status Return started >> " When will my return order be picked up ? >> click >> manage return >> Replacement ordered >> View refund and return status >> No info. No way to let Amazon know this is stuck in matrix. As for HMD--> No sim works. No network. Take out my phone Sim 1--> no network. Move to Sim 2 location --> No network. Find older sim for 4G --Repeat the process. Read manual front to back and back to front. Buy new sim adjusters to fit in 1920s bit slot. No luck. Insert sim in another device just to check your senses. Meanwhile still clicking to check if there is any change in status of return.
