OK. I got what I paid for, and I didn't expect the quality I get from the Amazon Kindles, but if anything happens to the Kindles, I'm out about $400 (that was a Black Friday special too) which is why I opted for this. For my son (he's eight and has butterfingers), it has been great until the screen cracked. I ordered from Hypersy and they were AWESOME with communication, and promptly sent me a new one. Customer service was bar none. The product performed as I thought it would for $36. It ran somewhat slow, but you can watch videos, send e-mail, play games, and take fuzzy pictures. All my kids got one for the price, and I got the Kindles all to myself.

If it were a personal tablet for me, 2 stars.For kids, 4 starsAvg = 3 stars!Good for kids... Didn't want to spend too much because he is not careful; he is only 3. Good enough quality to watch YouTube videos once in a while, which is all my son does. Battery only lasts an hour or so, and then takes forever to charge, which is a little sad, BUT at the same time, it gives time for him to be away from the screen :). So, I like it, since it is fitting for my reasons.

love this tablet all my favorite games and apps worked just fine the sound was good and the screen was great the touch capabilities were also good. the best thing about this specific company and tablet is they preload it with all updates and browsers for you so when you get it it is charged and ready to install and play or install and work. unfortunately my daughter dropped it twice in one day breaking the screen and the touch would not work anymore i contacted hyper usa and they wouldnt replace of course it was our fault but they were willing to send us some protective gear with my next tablet purchase for free... such a thoughtful company!!! thank you hyperusa for a great tablet and a great experience!

You get what you pay for. It work fine... when it will turn on. It doesn't hold a charge even when powered off. It randomly refuses to connect to the WiFi even when we are sitting 5 feet from the router.I bought this for my 8 year old. He loves it... when he can get it to power on.

Received the tablets today and 6 hours in one started to malfunction. Right out of the box setting up the device the power usage was going down fast. At 82% out of the box and 10 minutes later it is at 60%. That's crazy. Started freezing up, had to tap apps several times to get them to work. Had to go on the charger seems like every 45 minutes and that is giving it the benefit of doubt. Could not get the talk back to turn off. Could not find the the item that was used to turn it on. Was disappointment with this item, will be returning it and looking on my amazon account. I am returning the second tablet as well because of the malfunction of the first. My grandson was so happy to get the tablet now he is saddened because I have to sent it back because it is not a good working product.

Chargers do not fit into tablets at all. You have to buy one that does. I bought 3 of these and out of the 3 only one charged. Even then after 2 months of charging the 2 chargers it came with quit charging.

It would be an OK product if the battery didn't drain in under an hour. Equally bad, it does not run off of a wall adapter or USB without draining the battery. This means it can be used for under an hour, then must be charged, no matter what. And that means it is useless.(The product charges when turned off and plugged in only.)Note that iRulu says it lasts for 4 hours. That would have been acceptable. But it simply does NOT last for 4 hours, and if you read Amazon reviews, you will see that many others report the same issue. I'm going to try to get a return. Either this is a deception on iRulu's part or one of many,many pads with a faulty battery.

This is a good product for the price. I bought it for my niece and nephew on Christmas and they have told me countless times that they love it. Personally I was a little disappointed in the quality of the screen and picture but once again, you're getting what you pay for. It's definitely perfect for kids.
