I truly feel this product helps my recovery - less ...
I truly feel this product helps my recovery - less sore, more energy. When I first started using it, I changed nothing else, and noticed a difference. I accidentally let myself run out last week, and again felt the negative difference with not using it this week. Tip - do NOT leave this sitting for a few days in a water bottle or water bladder, it turns if not refrigerated! If I'm not going to drink it within a few hours of mixing, I just put the powder into an empty bottle and fill it with water prior to use.

No cramps not dehydrated
I’m playing 3+ hours of Pickleball and I’m in a tournament. The electrolytes work great, taste great. I use it every day. Never get cramps at night or during competition. I’m 76.

Ugh, taste terrible
I have used First Endurance EFS electrolyte powder for years for cycling but recently it has become hard to buy (at least through Amazon). I decided to try TRIFUEL electrolyte drink powder for my water bottles during cycling. It gets really hot here in Texas so it is really important to stay hydrated and for cycling events longer than a few hours, electrolyte powder in your water bottle makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, I could not get past the awful taste of TRIFUEL. I literally could not drink from the bottle mixed with TRIFUEL and was glad my other water bottle had First Endurance EFS powder. Both products are lemon lime flavored but what a difference in taste between the two products. By the way, I was able to purchase more EFS through the First Endurance website direct.

Increased endurance
Tried this out on a recommendation of a friend. It does seem to help with my endurance.

Excellent blend of electrolytes, carbs, amino acids
Training for an Olympic Tri. This product helped me overcome muscle cramps / fatigue and increase stamina. I bought the lemon lime and liked the taste…like Gatorade but less sweet. Worth a try!

Terrible flavor
Not sure about effectiveness (always hard to judge), but i do not appreciate the flavor at all. You can taste the maltodextrin or whatever sweetness overpowering; there is no discernible lemon, lime, or lemon-line flavor, even at 2 scoops; it's more of a half-hearted orangedrink flavor -- the color is also orange. Maybe it's just terribly poorly mixed (not an excuse)? I would not buy again. I will give it a couple more tries, but might go as far as asking for a refund.
