This product is absolutely fantastic! The compact design paired with the bright orange color makes it highly visible and easy to locate whenever needed. The case perfectly fits two Narcan nasal sprays - while there's a slight overlap in the middle (marked in red), this design actually works out perfectly, providing a snug fit that prevents any movement. The build quality and craftsmanship are excellent. Overall, the construction and quality are top-notch. Highly recommended!

Very handy. Fits perfectly into my pant's cargo pocket. Very durable, has not shown any noticable wear. I can fit four Narcan sprays, a pair of exam gloves, CPR mask and sanitizing wipes easily. Makes carrying Narcan convenient and quickly accessible. During an overdose event time it's crucial, I have four rescues chalked up since obtaining this and it really makes a world of difference in the quality and speed of care

Two Narcan items barely fit in. I prefer to keep them unpacked. In this way, it is clear they haven’t been used. This is the only problem with the size of this one.
