can this be provisioned for ooma?

Yes it can. Ooma is picky, they "require" you to buy the phones through them, however, a lot of people don't realize they can buy a used/refurbished version of the exact same models Ooma sells (Cisco SPA303, SPA 504G; Yealink T27G, etc.) and claim it was reset when you call into to support. Answer "yes" if they ask if you purchased it though them, though they likely won't even ask. You will need to have the phone powered on, and identify what the IP address of the phone is, and type the IP address into a browser on a computer on the same network, you will need to do this while on the phone with Ooma support. They will guide you through the rest. Hope this helps!

Does this come with a power adapter now? I do not see where it says it does not in the description. It says that it comes with all items.

The power supplies with these phones were a separate order when they are purchased new. These are POE phones

I do not see any place on the phone to plug in a usb headset. Only a phone jack style socket for the handset. Sorry
