We had some work done to retrofit our HVAC system and a couple of these caps fell off the ceiling while workers were in the attic. When the caps fell they broke. These were the perfect replacement and it was extremely easy to replace. The only issue we had to deal with is finding a tall enough ladder to reach the ceiling.

I needed to adjust
I bought this to cover up the fire sprinkler head. I took measurement and thought I purchased the correct size. However, the cover plate did not fit properly. so I had to make some cuts and it did end up fitting at the end.
