BLACK BEE HONEY British Summer Honey, 227 GR

Really really good. I have previously bought a few seasonal honeys from black bee honey. This one is my favourite, delicate and floral able it tastes amazing in my almond honey salted lattes. Specifically with the Active pod from nespresso.

The first time i tried this honey, i couldn’t believe what i was eating. I’d only up until that point tried the generic store branded honey and always hated how it tasted, like plastic. Black Bee Honey however, has so many layers to it, it’s almost like u taste the flowers the bees visited to produce this honey. I have tried the different versions and i always end up coming back to the Summer one. The taste profile reminds me of Chrysanthemums… if u’ve ever tried Chrysanthemums tea u’d get what i mean. The consistency is just the right amount of gooey so that it slides down your throat without choking you. So smooth and buttery. I’ve never gotten a crystallized jar but it’s not a problem even if i did. I don’t think I’d ever try another brand. That’s how much i love the flavor of this. Worth every penny spent.
