Contains Undelcynic acid
Undelcynic Acid is the main ingredient and was the favorite military treatment for fungus elimination on many parts of the body. It worked on trenchfoot and on other parts of the body. You can find it in France but the price when shipped to the US is exorbitant. The original product was Desenex but is no longer available in the US. This product is not quite as strong as Desenex. This product works extremely well for me. Most of the other fungus killers don't work very well for me. Derman is made in Mexico and shipped from from El Paso.

Excellent product, extremely great value.
Been using Derman as needed for decades. In my opinion, this is the best product for the money out there Doesn't smell the best, But it works.

Changed the ingredients not good!
I have used the original Derman foot cream for several years the best on the market. Now they changed the ingredients not the same at all now I have 20 tubes of cheap bait and switch cream that I don’t want. With no returns !&$;,!& Ruined the best foot cream. Never buy it again unless they change the formula back!

About 20 years ago I discovered Derman, after many failures with other products (even prescription ones).

A party pack
We give Derman's to our friends, relatives, and elderly acquaintances (who don't use the Internet). All we have had have been positive responds because Derman's works.

Does not have the Zinc Undecylenate
I was disappointed to find that the Derman's formula was apparently changed and not mentioned on the sales page. This does not have Zinc Undecylenate - 18%, Undecylenic Acid - 5% as the ad states. The old formula worked well for me and the medium was more a paste that stuck to the skin for a long time. I'll give this a try as I've already opened it but unless it works for me I won't order it again.
