I’ve purchased these incense sticks a few times now and they are lovely in scent and long lasting- the only issue this time is that the package I have received is open and has a box of the incense sticks missing so I’ve only 5 packs of loveliness instead of 6 😕

I have been waiting for a reply for two weeks, but I have heard nothing, I have been in touch with the ombudsman, who have advised me to hold onto the individual box that was sent, as seen in other comments it's normally six.
