Question 1

Do the hcg test lines ever get darker than control line? I'm 6 weeks and they hav been the same color for a week.

Accepted Answer

Dear L.S.:Thank you for your inquiry. Typically the test line will be fainter or the same color as the control line within 3-5 minutes depending on your amount of HCG detected. Usually, by 6 weeks your HCG levels may be in the hundreds or thousands. This would make a prescreen test difficult to use accurately. However, as long as the test line is showing it is a positive result. Please contact to discuss more via Amazon messenger or call toll-free.Best Regards,LauraCustomer Service TeamEasy Healthcare Corporation1.855.822.6999 M-F 9am-5pm CST

Question 2

I tested everday since 10dpo, now it’s 16dpo, evertime it’s negative, but my period has still not yet come, what happened!! Someone has same problem?

Accepted Answer

In my experience, it’s either a product defect or this may be a doctor question. Try a few more, or a different packet/brand and if you get the same results on 3+ different products/brands I would contact your doctor.

Question 3

The description states can detect pregnancy 5days before your missed period. The instructions state it can detect one day after your missed menses?

Accepted Answer

We do place a description of 1 day of missed period. A small percentage of women can find a positive pregnancy result 4-7 days before missed period, but due to the cut-off it may not be found in most women. Please contact us directly if you have further inquiries about testing.Best Regards,Easy at Home Customer Service1.855.822.6999 M-F 9am-5pm CST

Question 4

The tests were delivered while I was away and left in freezing temps for 24 hours. How does this affect the accuracy of the tests?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your inquiry. Our manufacturer assured that the tests are still safe and accurate to use. Please make sure to wait until the tests are at room temperature before using. For long term storage, please refer to the manual for temperature recommendations.Bets Regards,Easy at Home Customer Service1.855.822.6999 M-F 9am-5pm CST
