Cb holder
Been looking for this for awhile. Keeps cb in front of you, off floor and locked in place. Not the strongest plastic, but works to hold a cb.

Worked great for my Yaesu FT-2980 in the cuplholder on the fold-down, center passenger backrest! Great radio Mount for a truck with out a lot of mounting space.
