Worked Better Than Expected
The grabber on mine had a grip like a tiny angry monkey. Almost all 10’ into a conduit it grabbed a bolt and saved my company oodles.

Disappointed
I tried to use it for a clogged toilet. It was hard to get it to go into the well, and the mechanism to grab (?) was too hard to handle. In short, it was useless.I wound up donating it to Goodwill.

Awesome value, but 120 inches is just too long to be effective when flying blind
I intended to use this to help me guide my cheap sewer cam down my sewer to find and (if needed) grab and remove blockages. However, it takes time to get this item to lose its tendency to coil back up into the shape it was stored/packaged and shipped in. So just like my cheap sewer cam's coiled line (which has this same tendency), this sucker continually tends to want to bend into the sidewall of my 4" sewer pipes (where it snags on surface protrusions) rather than glide nicely down the centerline of the pipe. And without attaching some sort of camera to the gripper end of this tool, I'm not sure what good it's 10-foot-long grabber reach is actually good for.I did find use for it as a way to "fish" a magnet down an outdoor cleanout in my PVC sewer line, hoping to catch what I believe to be a piece of broken-off iron pipe fragment, before it clogs the entrance to my septic tank.3 stars because it was a very good value, seems robust and hasn't broken.

Does it have to be this long?
Much longer than necessary and the gripping end spreads out aggressively when used.

It did the job that was required to clog my air conditioning duct

bad quality falls apart
the handle keeps popping coming off which means the grabber wont work. cant return without a post office fee. bad quality. also was not long enough for my needs

Really worked!
Brilliant. My son dropped a toilet cleaning attachment in the toilet. This got it unclogged in under 5 minutes with little effort. Works great and saves a call to the plumber.
