Is the cuff easly adjustable? if so how is it done.?

You just pull jerk it with your wrist to tighten. You need your left hand to loosen it while attached to your right wrist.

How well does it deal with being in water?

A little water is not a problem… But I would not get in the habit of submersing it underwater...
