Seems to be working. Took a few days to notice. More energy and less joint pain. Has a nice orange taste and scent. No burping. No fish had to die to produce it. Definitely fewer toxins than omega from fish or mollusks. Made from algae. Buying regularly by subscription. Price is competitive.

Great vitamins!!! No stinky fish smell. They have a light citrus scent to them. Love them!

These marine algae omega 3s are an easy size to swallow and easy to digest. They have a pleasant smell as well.

Serving size and Suggested use don't line up
This is an an easy to swallow gel capsule with no fishy after taste. Serving size states one capsule while the suggested use recommends you take 2 capsules once a day. So the bottle could either be a one month or 2 month supply. I guess know what your dietary needs are, and if you are taking this supplement for maintenance or for improvement. Otherwise consult a physician before taking.

I tried fish oil pills in the past and it was pretty bad. It slightly affected how i smelt, gave me gas, etc. So I was very weary about trying another Omega 3 supplement. But these are fantastic. No side effects. These paired with s good multivitamin can really gave me a good turn around. If your feeling like something is missing from your diet, give it a try.

Acne breakouts because of high iodine
This omega 3 is the worst formulation I ever had, I had horrible cystic breakouts for weeks until I stopped taking this supplement. I’m sure this supplement has high iodine content, this is surely not allergen free. Beware.
