This is exactly what I was looking for I had a slight injury in my back and I used this for 2 months it really helped and healed my back I continue to use it not every single day but it does the job from the shoulders down. It runs for 20 minutes and then shuts off but I'm sleeping by then, I do wake up and fold it or my cats dog will lay on it or you can leave it where you work out. I am really glad I made this purchase!
