Great quality, a bit over priced for my opinion. I was using it in a professional manner, meaning daily. U do need to watch the wires as working as a sushi man comes with sharpened knives. It makes the rolling part much more efficient as you do not need to use a nyloned bamboo mat that needs to be replaced daily, oftenly twice or more a day.

As a sushi chef , I need something that is tried and tested day in and day out . This is my go to sushi rolling mat at work everyday! Easy to clean and be used with rice on the outside rolls and rolls with seaweed on the outside .

This is way better Matt than bamboo one, I have recommended all my sushi friends to get it.

Haven’t used it yet but I like the looks of it. I was worried about cleaning a bamboo mat.

Ótimo produto! É a segunda vez que compro. A primeira unidade dei de presente. As linhas de nylon acabam se quebrando, o que é normal. Por isso, comprei uma linha de pesca super-resistente de 0,50 mm; também é possível usar até 0,80 mm, ficando muito mais resistente. A única questão é que a linha de 0,80 mm marca o holls, mas os bastões de plástico são para toda a vida. 🥰
