Great phone for your average phone user. I don't really do heavy phone work or gaming but it does everything I need to even in 2026. Charges quickly, value is good, etc. Only thing is I didn't really like the blue as much as I thought I would, but it's fine cuz it's all hidden by the case

Got a "Good" condition unit from GizmoTrader and apart from some minor dings on the metal frame, the phone is generally pristine and came with 90% battery health. Also appreciated is that this seller includes photos of the exact phone shipped so buyers can decide for themselves if the condition is satisfactory for the price. There is also emphasis that the bootloader is unlockable, so tinkerers can be confident that they can switch out the stock OS if the need arises.

The best part of this phone is definitely the software. We were able to transfer nearly all of the data from the old phone in about two hours, with the exception of one app. The process was straightforward and largely hassle-free. The second biggest highlight was how easy it was to transfer and activate our current SIM card. We were able to install it and connect to my carrier’s network without having to call customer support, which was a pleasant surprise and saved a lot of time. Beyond that, the camera is decent but nothing exceptional. It gets the job done, but it’s not a standout feature compared to the software experience and setup process. Great condition. Not a scuff or scratch on it. They could have put it in a factory package and I would have been none the wiser. It was packaged well in a box with bubble wrap and paper and then in a shipping box. 100% carrier free unlocked. Screen is perfect, no dead spots, no dead pixels. Two thumbs up!

Was very pleased with my purchase at the start. The phone arrived from the seller quickly and in "like new" condition. Initial setup went smoothly. After getting the phone configured how I wanted it, I attempted to transfer my existing physical SIM card to the phone. The device's IMEI number was unlocked and my carrier (T-Mobile) was able to complete the transfer without issue. However, immediately upon restarting the phone with the SIM installed, I was met with a "SIM card isn't supported" notification and no cell service. A very kind Verizon support representative was able to give me some additional context: the phone has been reported "lost/stolen" in their system and the only person authorized to unlock it is the original account holder. There's nothing they or I can do in this situation. Given that the phone is unusable, I will be returning it for a refund. The seller has been very responsive over Amazon chat and provided a return shipping label, which at least has made that part of the experience simple. Looking at other Amazon reviews, this kind of experience is not uncommon, so be forewarned if you purchase an "unlocked" refurbished device.
