I was very disappointed with this heated straightening comb. The first thing I noticed was the quality. It is extremely lightweight—almost like a toy—which immediately made me question its durability. There were also manufacturing issues. Between some of the comb teeth, it looked like excess material had not been properly trimmed or finished, making the product appear poorly made. The biggest problem is the heat performance. This comb claims to reach 450°F, but I do not believe it comes anywhere close to that temperature. It powered on and warmed up, but it never felt hot enough to effectively straighten hair. Even after allowing it to heat up, it did very little when passing through my hair. I have thick, coily hair, and this comb was not able to straighten or smooth it effectively. If you have thicker hair textures, I would not recommend purchasing this product based on my experience. The appearance is decent, and it did come with hair clips, which I appreciated. The heating speed seemed acceptable, but warming up quickly doesn't matter if the comb never gets hot enough to do the job. Overall, the build quality feels cheap, the advertised temperature seems inaccurate, and the performance did not meet expectations.

Very good ,affordable and work very well

The hot comb works as it should but the guard does overheat and pop off when in use. That is why I gave this product 3 stars. I do like the colors of the hair clips and easy use.

Horrible! It barely heats up then cuts off automatically when it does heat up. I hate I threw away the box. I want to return this hot comb. I bought this comb over a month agao. The last two days I tried to use it for the 1st. The 1st time it I stated that it didn't get hot enough & it wasn't doing the job. I know how new hair heating equipment in. Sometimes you have to use it a few times before it starts doing what it supposed to do. So I tried again the next day and I left it plugged in while I do other stuff. I came back & it was cold and the power light was off. I thought I made a mistake on turning it on. I turn it back on and waited for it to heat again. This time it still wasn't hot enough but I still tried using it. Then after a few times running it through my section of hair I noticed the power light went off. So I turned it back on and watch it. It heated up (not very well) & turned off again. That is the real issue. I gave it 4 stars so my review won't be hidden.
