What is the length of the strap from end to end? The description says 12-24 inches, which seems very short.

The strap is adjustable. At its longest, it is a 24" drop from shoulder to the top of the purse. That is quite long. I'm 5'7" tall and at that length, the bottom of the purse hangs almost to my knee which is way too long. At its shortest length, mine hangs down 13" from my shoulder so that the middle of the purse hits me about at my waist--rather high. I usually keep it at a point between so that the top of the purse hits me at about my waist--about a 14" drop.

The bag itself was fine, exactly what I ordered. I took one star off for the packaging, it came literally in the clear bag that the Kipling bag was inside, no Amazon packaging. Very very poor packaging, anybody could see what I ordered. Lost a star for that.

This little purse is larger than I expected and just the right shade of red. I,have many kipling purses as they have many compartments and are a good size. They stopped attaching their fussy monkeys to their purses and now use cheap looking plastic ones. Too bad.

Very pleased with the bag. Very good finish and quality. Colour ( metallic glow) will enhance any smart casual outfit. Ample adjustable strap. This is not a large bag but big enough for small to medium wallet, phone and any essentials. Could also accommodate a thin pocket book. Interior zip pocket for credit cards and/ or keys.
