I always keep this on hand for my Asian recipes
My second purchase of this item. I don't like seafood flavors ... I do not like fish sauce or "genuine" oyster sauce. But this vegetarian version works great in all the Asian recipes I make. It adds the perfect umami flavor without any fishy flavors. I will always keep this as part of my pantry staples (actually, it requires refrigeration, once opened.)

Fabulous!
I regularly go to Wagamama & i always love the stir fry vegetables i have it every time. Last time i asked what sauce they do them in and they were kind enough to tell me its this one. Since then my stir fry veggies are amazing :)
