I have CMC . And this helps me still type without hurting as much . I love the elasticity and the support I get with it . That’s what helps keep my thumb in place . I purchased the medium and it fits just right .

I just picked up my thumb braces because Purolator did not deliver them, they left them at a Hub for pick up 20 minutes away when I have a hub 2 minutes away down the street, and they didn't even tell me which hub they where left at. Thank goodness the hub they left them at called me. We have hubs all over the City. I was not impressed with Purolator's service at all. Be aware. The thumb braces aren't bad but they are too big. Usually I wear a medium but they are too big around and they have no wire coming up the side of your thumb for support. So I just sewed them down the side to make them tighter which does help to give a little more support. But I would never buy them again.

Not worth the money. No support at all

Good fit with enough support to help me through my wait time until surgery. This is not too stiff and restrictive. Good price and color, too.

I think if people use the sizing chart, they won't have issues. I ordered this more to hold a bandage in place over some cracking skin between my thumb and pointer than to stabilize. I measured to fit a small but I ordered a medium for a looser fit - it is very loose so I think the small would have been better.
