TAIKOUL Video Baby Monitors

Overall quite pleased with this, but after a couple months we do have two complaints. The white noise "feature" is terrible. It is so loud through the monitor's speaker even on the lowest setting that you can't hear if your baby is making noise, and even in the room with the camera it is really quite loud. It should be less than half the volume it is at its lowest setting. The other complaint is quite minor, but the temperature sensor is extremely inaccurate. It fluctuates by as much as 8 degrees over the course of a few seconds in a room with no furnace running or windows/doors open, and quite randomly too, as well as the average being generally quite a bit off of what the room actually is. There's some other really minor stuff, like odd screen flickers and laggy menu selection, but nothing that important.

I’ve had this monitor for over a year now and I’ve been nothing but pleased with it. Recently the stand on the back came loose and the company has shown superior customer service by sending a new parent monitor, no questions asked. I’ve had several monitors with three babies now and this is by far the best.

Kickstand came apart after 6 months with light use. Reached out to support to claim warranty, but there was no response. After they saw my Amazon review, however, the company contacted me immediately. They gave me a full refund for the baby monitor. They went one step further and gave me a new baby monitor for free! I was not expecting this and I would've been happy I really think they went above and beyond! Thank you Babysense- its great to have a company that stands behind its products!

Spectacular baby monitor. It does exactly what it says it does while also being "tired and delirious parent proof." We've left this things on a running toaster oven, splashed water all over it, dropped it countless times on tile and wood and this thing just keeps going. Very happy with my purchase

This is generally a great monitor but has one major drawback. For some reason, the parent handheld monitor screen has lights on the corner that indicate sound, flashing bright green and red. Not sure why a parent would want constant bright lights flashing all night on the bedside table. In order to make this work, I had to fashion a little blackout pouch that I stick the monitor in each night before bed. This is obviously not ideal, as I have to remove it from the pouch any time I want to check it. So if you are light sensitive while you sleep, look elsewhere. Otherwise, its a decent camera.
