The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the DXZ A3 UV printer primarily to print on different types of wood and it works really well. The print quality is super sharp, with vibrant colors and clean details.I’ve done a lot of projects on flat surfaces and the prints are durable — no smudging or fading. If you enjoy creating custom wood items, this printer is a great choice. I’m very happy with it!

I had been researching for months and months - and after all of that I went with a printer with very little reviews. The bed size was perfect for me, has a white ink CISS and at a reasonable price. Still yet, I was hesitant, but confident in Amazons return policy.The printer was delivered in perfect shape and the seller communicated about delivery, what to expect and how I can get in touch for set up.Aside from an incredible print quality, the set up was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. They were patient with me, even we had to start over because my PC was junk, and they were just very pleasant.This is obviously a fresh review since I just received the printer, and I will update if needed. But if you are on the fence I would say do it. Disregard the previous review about a scam, because it certainly is not.Thank you gentlemen! I appreciate you.

Printer does not work. Vendor lies and it's a scam.

I was hesitant at 1st at buying this machine, but the level of support I have received from the company has washed away reason for hesitation.When my machine arrived, it had some damage to the top cover from UPS, instead of having to re-crate and send the machine back, the seller jumped in had me test the machine to verify there was no function damage. They then expedited a new cover assembly out to me free of charge. The after sales support while setting the machine up, and answering all my questions along the way has been great. Their responses have been prompt which has kept me moving forward in this new journey.This machine has added alot of new capabilities to my small business.
