It worked at first but after few days of use it shuts off power to main plug on a Lowest power as well.

I can tell you i have had no issues with my converter it worked great in all the countries i was in a river cruise down the Danube not even a problem on the river boat. i would recommend

I just used this in Switzerland and used my US 40W phone charger by plugging it into the top of this device and it worked perfectly. This is not a converter so it is not for use with a hair dryer or a curling iron but most hotels have theee available for guests.

I used this adapter on my recent trip to Europe and it worked just as expected. It handled my laptop and phone chargers without any issues. The two USB and two USB-C ports were really convenient, and the fast charging feature saved me time. I liked having the extra AC outlets too. It’s compact enough to pack easily and feels sturdy for travel use.

Works fine in Italy, but cover/front pops off and yes high voltage contacts are visible. A little tape fixes it, but it is indeed flawed/not made well.
