Solid 60+ fps in 4k. Keep your 1080 Ti but otherwise worth the upgrade.
Note: Prices on cards will be going up and down as tariffs are affecting companies temporarily.I received my card 9/27 and haven't done too much testing / playing but so far it is very stable and a strong performer. It didn't come with a CD as the instructions claimed, however, the card booted first try and appeared to install it's own first set of drivers.I honestly immediately upgraded to the new 411.7 Driver released 9/274K Time spy score of 11,197 for graphics score with 72.12 fps on test 1 and 64.87 on test 2. This is with no OC just base card. During this test gpu temps never broke 59c.This is a very quiet and cool card. Running 4k Warframe for an hour had the card sitting around 64c.I will be running Crysis on ultra and reporting back.At this point I am very happy with my purchase after upgrading from an older R7 .At time of purchase a new 1080 Ti and the Preorder for the 2080 were the same price.Other reviewers have shown that the NVlink (or sli) for these are almost true doubling scale. That means two cards will essential double the fps. Where as the 1080 Ti saw a x1.5ish gain

Very solid card
This is my first Zotac card after exclusively using EVGA and MSI for the last 10 years or so. I wasn't sure what to expect from this brand but I've been pleasantly surprised. The build quality is solid, and the card runs very cool with quiet fans. After doing some tweaking and overclocking of my own the card under load only hits around 80C with fans that are barely noticeable. Coil whine is nonexistent. It's unfortunate that this card and other 2080's will be review bombed by people with 1080ti's angry at Nvidia about price because so far this is a great card that easily blows through every game I can throw at it on ultra settings. I was upgrading from a 970 so this purchase made sense for me. The addition of ray tracing for visual fidelity and DLSS for performance will make this card's divide between the 1080ti increase over time.

Not just quiet and cool, the coolest and quietest.
The media could not be loaded. As the reviews online stated, and I verified myself after using it. Is really is super cool and quiet. As of this review it is ranked the best for thermals and overclocking of all release day 2080 cards. You can check youtube for more info on that.As for me using it, I am able to run 3dmark bench mark, with automatic OC enabled and a 600mhz memory boost, and the card set to 60% fan speed, without thermal throttling. -- That is kind of unheard of, and definitely not something the 1080 ti, which is a direct competitor to this card could do, and not something most partner cards could do.It the longest 2080 RTX, It is about 1.2 inches longer than the competition. However I was able to make it fit in my spec-6 corsair case even with a front h150i radiator installed. If it will fit in my case, which is in the bottom 10% of size for ATX cases it will fit in any ATX case.I was a bit turned off by the price, compared to EVGA MSI GIGAbyte cards. It is a full $10 more than the next most expensive, and $30 more than the average price. But you get what you pay for, the cooler on this card is not only the most effective, but also the most quiet. The included video shows the sound coming off my system. The Fans are spinning at 30% on the maximum performance plan at idle. I am dropping a plastic zip tie and rolled up piece of paper towel. The reason I did that is phones amplify sound, I wanted to show how truly quiet the card is in a system at idle on the maximum performance power plan, with fans spinning at 30%. You can literally hear a piece of paper towel hit the ground, and a light weight piece of plastic. It isn't completely silent, but most peoples refrigerators make more sound, and they never even notice.

Wish I Hadn't
First card: Fine for a few months, then developed VRAM issues which plagued launch 2080s. Zotac doesn't offer cross-ship, so I was effectively out of work for 4 weeks while waiting for the replacement to come in.Second card: Replacement card (used), fairly loud of the box... and became progressively louder over time. At some point the GPU started hitting 90+ temps, and I decided to repaste the card. The original paste was so bad it didn't properly cover the chip. Once repasted, things ran fine... for a while.Lately, VRAM has been hitting 108C regularly, and when it does this my PC likes to reboot itself. I figured maybe there was an issue with the thermal pads, as the GPU temps are fine, but VRAM has spiked to up to 110C (and that seems excessively highly to me).Contacted Zotac to ask what mm the VRAM's thermal pads are, and they flat out told me they will NOT provide that information, nor support the right to repair. That's extremely disappointing, especially because I can't go out and get a replacement in the current market. I just wanted to know how to replace the obviously failing cooling elements on my AMP, as I could NOT find this information on search engines, or even Zotac's subreddit.Instead of thermal pads, Zotac suggested I remove the pads and cover them in "thermal oil". Yes, "thermal oil". I'm assuming that's thermal paste, but I've never heard anyone recommend replacing pads with paste, especially in a vertically mounted card. Maybe that IS a thing, but... I've not heard of it.I don't mind working on my card, as it's out of warranty now and this is such a simple fix to do, but I don't want to buy a bunch of thermal pads to try to figure out which size is the right one, or potentially make this problem worse. This RMA'd replacement card had thermal issues since I got it, and all I just want to make sure I'm not making it worse by using the wrong pads. It's not like I can just go buy a new GPU right now. Why didn't I RMA it a seconds time? No cross ship. I need my PC to do my job, and I can't be offline for weeks/months.Zotac support's refusal to allow users the information necessary to keep their GPUs up-and-running has pretty much soured me on the brand.

It is absurdly expensive but so is all of RTX and this is probably your best 2080 option
Honestly this card does work. Its quiet and it doesn't run hot. I get big time FPS numbers in 1440p titles on ultra and I have been running it for about 5 months now. I am really late reviewing it because I have owned since Black Friday but didn't end up using it until the beginning of February. With the Super GPU's coming out for the first time since Black Friday I saw the price drop under what I paid. So if you find a good deal on this card I wouldn't hesitate to grab it because its a really good card. Zotac doesn't get the respect of the some of the other board partners but they absolutely should. The build quality is top notch and it has really clean looking backplate.

Zotac ZT-T20800G-10P RTX 2080 8 GB GDDR6

No DVI-D as a fall back from sleeping DP ports
this card generates a lot of heat but is also quiet, however the show stopper for me is that regardless of what displayport cables I use, and even when changing down from 144hz at 1080p to say 60hz I have this continued issue where if the screen goes to sleep, it never wakes back up, and the signal is lost from the card, sometimes even rebooting pc does not bring back the screen, the only true way to bring back the screen is to unplug the DP cables from the back of the graphics card again to force redetection.
