I love that these save so much space and cannot believe I didn’t do this years ago when I stumbled upon the idea. Better later than never! If you’re looking for a a quick and easy way to organize all while saving space, you won’t be disappointed buying these.An added bonus is that the insert fit inside without making any new folds. If you think of the paper case insert as a book, make a crease on the spine area where there’s already a fold. Then you slightly curve the paper while inserting it into the sleeve to make things easier and it’s a perfect fit. There were a few times in the beginning where I didn’t put a curve and the seam on the side at the top split about an inch but it honestly didn’t bother me any, theres 200 of these so I had a few extras, if it gets worse I’ll just swap it out with an unused one.There is an envelope like tab at the top but I folded it inside of the sleeve prior to putting in the insert as I purchased nonwoven disc sleeves to hold the DVDs so I wasn’t too concerned with closing the sleeve to keep the discs secure.In terms of space saving about twenty five sleeves with inserts and discs took up the space of five plastic cases. All in all I’d say it was success in space saving and I’m glad I decided to purchase these. Take your time putting the paper inserts in if you don’t make a new fold and you shouldn’t have any issues with the seam popping.My neighbor loved the space saving and purchased both types of sleeves and freed up an entire shelf of space. These sleeves serve their purpose and so far for me have not disappointed!

Pros: It does what it is intended to do which is saves space. I love that as I was able to put over 500 DVDs in the space of 5 plastic shoe boxes (and still have room for more!)Cons: Sleeves are not very sturdy and the sides rip easily. If removing the DVDs a lot then most likely this isn't the product for you. Also they need to be a little bit wider. They don't quite fit a standard DVD artwork as the spine of the artwork needs to be folded in half to fit. I would like it to fit so you don't have to fold the spine but have it fold where it already is. Otherwise if you don't fold it, the front cover artwork becomes wavy.

We are a household of over 600 DVDs- stretching into 3 DVD cabinets. We knew we wanted to downsize the storage but did not want to eliminate our collection. I was nervous on reading reviews- some people stating that their sleeves kept ripping etc- well, let me tell you.... My daughters took this project on during COVID with gusto- (ages 8 &12). We only slightly tore one on the seam due to a cardboard DVD cover. Otherwise, they independently consolidated our collection into 3 small baskets (and removed 10 kitchen garbage bags of cases from our home!). The sleeves are just the right size to fold the DVD cover art in half and insert- we chose to put the DVD facing out behind each cover. There was even room for multi-disc movies. (we just inserted one disc in front of the cover, one in-between the folded cover and one in the bac)k. Now we just thumb through our alphabetically organized movies with ease! If you are looking for a way to consolidate space, this is the solution. We will keep going back for more if needed! Try them, you will not be disappointed!

This product turned out better the. I expressed. I wanted to get my DVD’s and Blu-ray’s organized and condensed. I purchased 4 baskets from Target to uses as the storage containers. I ordered 400 slip covers and used nearly all of them. Out of all the DVDs I converted over maybe 3 of the slip covers separated in the corner but not enough to scrap it. I was slightly worried about storing more then one disk in the slip cover but the slips with 2 disc spaces were nearly 3x more! I was able to fit up to 5 disks in one sleeve. The covers from the blu-ray’s fit perfectly. DVDs were slightly to big and needed to be trimmed down. It took me 2 days to get this all done but well worth it!!

I bought these before and didn't have such a problem with the seams breaking, but of about 50 I put in a dvd jacket, the seams split (even before adding the disc). To me this is a higher failure rate than I would expect.

These sleeves are amazing! I read reviews that may not be as durable but they really are for what I need. I do not get in and out of each pack daily but they seem like solid quality. I was also pleasantly surprised that I could fold the DVD cover to show the spine and it still fits perfectly. So happy with this product.

The seams tear easily- opening the envelope tears and splits the seams. Some envelopes arrived torn. I ordered two sets at different times and the envelopes were not the same size. The initial order was wider and sturdier than the second order I made. The second order was narrow, flimsy and some envelope seams arrived torn… I suggest ordering at once and extras.

PRO: you get a BUNCH of them. CON: they rip down the seam if you don’t fold the cover just right.
