48H Insulin Cooler Travel Case TSA Approved with ℃/℉ Temperature Display

My medicine stayed cold for the entire airplane trip from Philly to Auckland, NZ in my carryon. Which was over 25 hours! I highly recommend this cute little medicine cooler! It’s the perfect size to hold my 5 injection pens for my 5 week trip and the ice pack that came with it. I dropped the container and nothing broke on the inside and outside.

Pretty and functional. Easy to tote around. Love ❤️ the temp meter on top.

I wanted to specifically write a review for this as I also wanted better info before buying, but did not trust what I was reading. I froze the blue capsule overnight, placed it into the canister and sealed it with the lid. Within moments the display read 32F. I waited 7 hours for it to reach 42F. This was in my house the complete time and only opened once. So I can say this is a good "8" hour canister. Not 48 as claimed. That is more than enough for my flight so I am happy. Now you know .... I still would recommend if you have less than 6 hour flight.

Absolute awful product -COMPLETE GARBAGE. Does not keep temperature for long! I originally bought this product because the Disoncare I had bought was wayy too small and had a lip that made getting items out a pain! Upon opening, I was thrilled to see how roomy this Youshares was, but in comparison to the Disoncare, I noticed the temperature was always one degree off. I left the lids off the two and had them in room temperature and this one was always one degree warmer. I decided to test the two side by side with the ice block and this is where the product FAILED Miserably. This product claims to keep your meds cool for 48 hours. Starting out, both this product and the disoncare started off at the same temperature, besides the 1 degree difference. Within a few hours, the temperature on this Youshares cooler steadily kept increasing in temp while the Disoncare stayed the same temp. Within 8 hours, this youshares had climbed to 62 degrees while the Disoncare stayed around the same temperature. How is this anywhere near the 48 hour claim?!? This was meant for my expensive meds that need to stay within a specific temp range, I'm so glad I tested beforehand. I did confirm after 8 hour test, this ice block was room temperature and the disoncare was still ICE COLD. The Disoncare keeps meds between 33-46 degrees for 48 hours and actually does what it claims to do! This is absolute trash and will not keep your meds within acceptable range for the 48 hours as it claims. Please use caution if storing your meds or peptides in this device.

This case was amazing for traveling with my medication pen! I used it when I traveled to Puerto Rico, and it kept everything cold for hours. I had a six-hour flight plus a delay, then drove about an hour and a half to my family’s home, and the case was still cold. Even after going to my mom’s house, it was still keeping everything chilled. I was honestly impressed with how long it lasted—around eight hours in my experience. Great travel case and definitely worth it!

Wonderful, last great for two days, still good on third day. Goes through TSA with no problem.

I bought this to transport my medications on an over night flight. This product boasts that it keeps your medications to temp for 48 hours. It was a perfect size for my vial and 3 needles. Would not hold much more. I liked that this cooler had a temperature read out. I did not however take into account that it had a wire sensor to monitor the temperature. Airline security did NOT appreciate what that looked like in their xray machine. I receive a very quick and thorough search and a stern talking to for what they interpreted the sensor to be. Also my medications were not kept at proper temperature. This would be great for day trips and in a car or bus but I do not recommend for airlines !

I have used other containers for transporting my insulin, they were okay. This is fabulous! I love being able to look at the lid and see the temperature so I know if I need to find a refrigerator fast without opening it and adding heat. It holds my fast and long acting pens easily so travel is simple now. And it easily fits in my bag, the size is less cumbersome than others I have used. Well worth the money and a game changer for trips. The ice pack lasted over 24 hours for me.

As a type 2 diabetic, I find this container very useful especially when travelling. Can be put in hotel fridge if not one in room. Keeps pens cold for several hours so, traveling abroad no problem at all

Très pratique , tiens bien la durée, peut être pas 48 heures, mais 36 oui j'ai testé.

El producto funciona perfectamente, hice pruebas y después de 24 horas sigue en rango de temperatura.
