Q: Is this the rectangular bar in box as pictured? If so, did it come wrapped in paper or cellophane?

It is rectangular in shape and it’s wrapped in paper.

Q: List of ingredients? is there any talc in the soap? return policy? rounded shape or rectangular?

It doesn't seem like there is talc in it. The packaging just says "Prepared from genuine herbal extracts and high quality vegetable oils. Free from any type of animal fat." Although a couple of times I have received oval shaped bars, it is almost always rectangular. Return policy, I think Amazon covers that. It smells nice. I've been using it for decades.
