Mine started tearing at the bottom after 3 mths wear at home. Havaianas used to be super durable, not fragile like that. Anyone?

I have worn Havaianas for 10 years+. The past few years they have only lasted a year at best. My issue is that the thong piece between your toes breaks off the sole of the flip flop.
