My optician recommended this product to help with macular degeneration and I feel it is helping. I have used this for a year and the macula in my eyes has not got worse. To me that is a great result.

I purchased this supplement at the request of my ophthalmologist. After watching my grandmother go blind from macular degeneration, I knew I wanted to do everything I could to prevent the same thing from happening to me. The doctor's office sells something similar loaded with extra stuff that I already take in my daily vitamin and for a much higher price. I settled on this one because it has the same amount of the 3 proteins and less of the added stuff. I have it on subscription so I save money and never run out. There is no taste, it's easy to swallow since it's small, and doesn't turn your pee and alarming shade of orange. I've only been on it gor 3 months so I can't verify how well it works but that will come I'm sure.
