Absolutely--it can be cut into any size or shape you want. I think it has a totally unique taste--not like any other dried or candied fruit. I like it--but it is the candied rind of a type of citrus. I love its texture--it's "squidgy" when you bite it!

The box I got has no ingredients listed on it, only "Ambrosio BEST BEFORE 9/21/2015"
