The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product for the removal of rotten wood on a window frame. Works very well on dry timber, clogs with wet timber. A quick run over a wire brush clears it though.The only problem I had was that it wouldn't fit in my Makita die grinder. Despite a graphic on the website saying it was suitable. I used it in my drill instead.

Does what it's meant to.
I was pleasantly surprised by how well this works. You can really shift a lot of wood in a hurry! Only downside is it clogs up quite quickly. Easy enough to clean though.

Needs to be fully chucked
I have sent this product back as there was a problem: after about a quarter of an hour's use the shank bent. There are no warnings to suggest that you need to "fully chuck" the tool so that the shank is supported along its entire length. I had a gap between the collet and the head which is how other burrs are used so that you get extra reach.I have read subsequently on a woodworking forum this has happened to others. It seems that the shank is not hardened steel and I guess in a die grinder doing 20,000+ RPM the forces at play are significant.This tool does its job; it rips through wood and the coarse version does not clog as quickly as the fine ones as there are less teeth but, as others note, it is quite aggressiveI have re-ordered but I will be pushing the shank all the way to the collet of the die grinder in future.

Great tool, lousy package.
Just finished cutting more than thirty holes in poplar. Tool didn't slow down once. But it took a sharp knife and a small pry bar to get tool out of package. A Burnz a Matic easily cleaned wood debris caught in tool. Threw away the box, but the tool's a keeper.

Twee producten van Kutzall besteld. Bij deze laatste was de schacht te dik voor de 1/4 schacht. Na wat schuurwerk lukte het wel. Prestaties algemeen = 4/5. Controleerbaar materiaal afname. Grof schuur eindresultaat.(-) Te summiere omschrijving van gereedschap.(-) Niet gericht naar Europese markt

Qualité de travail ecxeptionnel !
Le gain de temps est considérable pour la sculpture sur bois !J'ai acheté plusieurs fraises de chez kutzall, après avoir testé le disque de meulage de 115 mm à pointe en carbure de tungstène.Le résultat est impressionnant, et qu'elle gain de temps ! La maniabilité et l'efficacité est excellente et pour la sculpture sur bois c'est franchement le top du top ! C'est du solide et pour les nettoyer il suffit de les bruler un peu aux chalumeaux.Je suis franchement impressionné par ce produit, qui me facilite le travail et cette marques américaine propose des produits d'excellente qualité et durable !
