I've never written a review for soap before. It's soap. But this is definitely much better soap than any other that I've used. I'm not exactly an expert here but I just used whatever my wife bought me ... until I tried this one looking for a new scent. (previously I was using mostly Irish Spring and Coast) So first of all the fresh scent is really nice. Masculine without being overpowering and my wife likes it. What really made me want to come and write this review though is how it leaves my skin. I always dreaded using bar soap on my face because it was guaranteed to dry me out. (yeah yeah I know - I'm old and they didn't have bodywash and facewash for men when I started showering) Anyway, this stuff is amazing! Not only will it clean me up quickly after an afternoon of dirty sweaty yard work but I don't even have to moisturize afterward. My skin doesn't even feel "moisturized" if that makes sense ... it's just clean without being dry. I can even use it to shave my face and head. I've never had a bar soap I could shave with before. So yeah, it cleans, it smells nice, it doesn't dry me out, and if you choose the most cost-effective package size it's a great value.

Awesome! Actually decided to finally leave a review of SOAP! This is great! Was a little nervous at first that “Swagger” would end up making me smell like a 22 year old out at the club but it doesn’t at all. Nice clean fresh scent that leaves your skin very very clean - cleaner than bodywash thats for sure! BRING BACK BAR SOAP!

I recently found out Old Spice is also available in bar soap and I ordered this 4 pack. It has a nice watermelon like smell and another faint nice citrus smell when smelled closely. The bar isn't that thick, but I love it. My nose isn't picking up a strong scent nor an expected signiture Old Spice Scent that stands out in the Old Spice liquid body wash. The texture is good. It washes away easily and while I don't pick up a strong scent, I'm told it gives off a fresh scent.

Bought this to replace my shower gel of the same scent and it does everything that you’d expect from a bar of soap. The smell is really nice but if you’ve got a sensitive nose, it might be really overpowering. Haven’t used it long enough to notice if there is any issue but skin irritation or not, but so far it’s all good.

This soap smells good. Rinses off your body quick and easy in hard water. Some soap takes a little effort to rinse. The scent seems to vanish quickly. If you are getting it for the classic Old Spice scent, you can do better.
