I use them every night for sleeping, and they have honestly made such a huge difference. My husband has sleep apnea and can be a very loud sleeper, and before finding these, it was extremely difficult for me to sleep in the same room with him. These block out so much noise that I’m finally able to sleep comfortably next to him again! They’re comfortable enough to wear throughout the entire night and actually stay in place. If you’re a light sleeper or share a room with someone who snores, I cannot recommend these enough. The only downside is they work a little TOO well—I can’t hear my alarm in the morning! 😂😂 Best problem to have. 10/10! Too many duds
I’ve been using this product for so many years but never seen a batch with as many defective plugs. There’s usually 1 defective in every 4 plugs but with this batch it’s more like 2 out of 3
