Received Damaged and Possibly Used Product
I received a damaged Realme earphone. The packaging was already open from one side, and the product inside was in poor condition. The wire had visible knots and fraying, which is unacceptable for a new item. It clearly looked used or tampered with. Extremely disappointed with the quality check. I expected better from Realme. Requesting an immediate replacement or refund. Not recommended based on this experience.
