I'm seeing a lot of people leave reviews that show me they did very little to no research before taking these. Most people are going to experience light to moderate side effects the first few weeks to first month of taking it. They do go away. For me, I had headaches and stomach upset that went away after two weeks. And yes, the serving size is 4 pills. You do not have to take them all at once, and you probably should not. I take two with breakfast and two before bed with a light snack. As for smell and fishy tastes, I personally have not had that experience. They are completely free of smell in my opinion, and I never get fishy burps. However, there is Omega-3 in these, and Omega-3 supplements are famous for their fishy burps. And lastly, it takes time for these to start working. These have a build up effect. They don't start working overnight. Think more along the lines of an anti-depressant. After the supplements start to build up in your body, you will notice more and more of a difference. It can take up to 6 months to feel the full effects, so patience is needed for this. I've been on them for 2 months and have noticed a difference in my PMDD and anxiety, and I sleep better at night now. Personally, I am a fan of this supplement and am glad I started to take them. And I think if people were to manage expectations and do research on what to expect, they would be more prepared.

This actually works. I did not have a regular menstrual cycle for over 2 years. I had one and then nothing for 3 months in 2024 and most of 2025. Going into this year 2026 I was starting to spot every other day. I knew something was wrong but I didn't know what. (I'm pretty sure I have PCOS but it is unconfirmed.) I started taking these after much research and within the first month of taking this, the spotting stopped completely and I got a normal period! It was much heavier than I am used to since I have very mild periods so fair warning but this really worked. I don't feel so bloated, I have much more energy and I am actually able to sleep at night now. I also must say I was not taking these on time every day as instructed but that also shows how good these really are! I am taking the capsule version not the gummies. I have not felt weird not taking it with food as some said they did but that is probably just that things affect others differently. I recommend this for sure! Plus I do think this is worth the value I paid. It solved my problem without a doctor visit. But that's also due to my research and deductions being right on the nose. I recommend consulting someone though as I'm sure I probably should have too but this solved my issue. I also recommend not taking this is you're going through menopause or post menopause because I saw a review that said she took it and she went to the hospital but it's not the products fault. Research is key. There are products for menopause and post and this product is for helping with menstruation and ovulation.

I love this supplement. It has helped with my sleep, I take it at night due to the magnesium. It is easy to swallow and is great value for your buck! I got the pills and they work great!

Is it expensive YES! But wow is it worth it. I don't have a period yet have taken it for a month. My body has completed changed. Feels different from all the other brands and things I was doing my random spotting stopped completely. I feel more energetic and fall asleep faster. 100% would buy it and recommend it. Yes it stinks like fish but that how u know that is the omega 3 are in there. To me it's not so bad I keep it open for a few seconds get my water and take 4 every morning empty stomach. Take it with a full water bottle. I rarely get the after taste. Buy it and try it and no I'm not getting anything in return actually 100% real review.

Honestly, these are great for women with Pcos. Mainly because I feel it has renewed my energy and also helped with brain fog. I’ve only been using for about 4days now and I can feel the changes in my body. I have the motivation to work out and complete mundane task. It’s has changed my cycle at fist I was oxidizing old blood than once I started my cycle came right as regularly. I pair these supplements with the the perfect peach powder and they have been awesome so far .. I feel they’re really effective for me . Side affects are small no headache just feel a minor shift in energy and mood at 1st but nothing alarming. I say workout eat clean or small portions this will be a great product for you .. eat 2 before or after 1st meal in the morning and 2 before bed after dinner or before dinner very easy use if you take two dose within an 8 hour span apart . So far these has been the best multivitamin I’ve had so far and worth your buck
