keeping you super cool
the Ranvoo AICE 3 is of good build quality and definitely cools you down and is better then any other neck fan i have tried it really cools you down to 16c with its side cooling plates, and also has the ability to heat so you get advantage both ways. you can get around 3 hours on cooling but The USB pass through function just made a big difference, just get a portable power bank and keep it connected and this will keep you going longer. This AICE 3 has the ability to read your heart rate, Blood oxygen and steps its a added function to track health which is useful. AICE 3 has a app to control the fan setting which receives updates. T. Overall I am happy with the product as its really helped me cool down when i needed it, this is a more premium neck fan so i feel it was worth the money. As mentioned in the description definitely recommended to anyone who wants to stay cooler in summer or in humidity inside or outside

Such a delight
What I like about the aice 3 is the premium look you can tell straight out the box that's it's going to deliver. Love the unboxing aswell it's just a rich experience all-round. What you get out the box is a stand, charger, & a little dust pouch for the aice 3. (there's even a little booklet of the history behind the aice 3 how it came about etc!) I have two colors, black and white. I bought the black one on their official website because the white one was out of stock. I use it almost every day and can't live without it. The cooling mode keeps me cool in the summer, and the heating mode keeps me warm in the winter. I accidentally found it on Amazon and I immediately bought the white one! I can honestly say I prefer the white it just stands out more with the brighter colour, it will definitely get people's attention when you're out and about. Now for the aice 3 in use, sits very confortably round the neck it's very light you even forget its round your neck after a few minutes. You can control by the touchscreen or the mobile app, I prefer the app much easier to use while it's doing it's magic. It has three modes: Cool, AI, and Heating, and each one is great! I prefer Cool because I really overheat easily, the powerful cooling and fan helps me stay cool and dry at all times. Very impressed keeps me cool every single time in seconds, always impressed with the battery life aswell once I'm done with it I always have over 50% battery, my video review will cover this more. The App is very convenient and new firmware versions are released from time to time. Any problems will be solved quickly and any suggestions may be implemented with the release of new firmware versions. If your on the fence of buying it I would say just go for it the summer in the UK can get very muggy and this is the pefect gadget to keep you cool.

Very Nice Product
I have found that it makes the world of difference on a hot day. The only gripe I have with it, is it switches off if you have it too cold in a hot environment, but then I just switch it back on and correct the settings. The fan is very good as it has a nice breeze on the bottom of your face without having your eyes watering. The temperature plates around the neck get very cool and, on the occasional cold day so far, the heating mode is very nice and gives a nice sensation to warm you up. Overall, a pretty good product and sufficient battery life without any discomfort. A bit on the pricier side, but well worth it.

Do not buy one of these units - 2 out of 3 units failed on arrival - You have been warned…
I bought two of these - because I liked the first one I purchased a second for my partner. The first one did function. Out of the box the second unit did power up but did not function. No fans or cooling effect. Although the app seemingly was communicating with it - confirmations beeps could be heard. It was put onto charge straight away and the firmware upgraded, or at least assumed it had. There was no firm confirmation of this. After 5 hours charging it was completely dead - nothing would power it up again. Bricked! So returning - ideally I’d like a working replacement! Update: Stupidly I bought a third one! It did the same thing, worked out of the box, put it straight on charge, updated the firmware. I then left it on charge for no more than 10 minutes. All the power led’s went off. DEAD! So that’s 2 out of 3 units that failed - terrible!! When I contacted customer service about this issue, they told me they were aware of an issue with the recent firmware - another told me that the older models will not cope with the new firmware upgrades. I was recommend to try a different charger, because this may have caused the issue. It is a standard USB-C connection, shouldn’t make any difference! As it happens I was use all Apple cables and charges - nothing obsured but a quality trust manufacturer. I sent all three unit back smartly for a refund, because I figure if two out of three brick in such a short time, won’t be long before the third good one goes! Common sense told me to get a refund while I can. Please save yourself some pain and avoid this product!

Disappointed in the Heat – Not Suitable for Egypt’s Summer
I bought the RANVOO No.1 Cooling A/C AICE 3 AI Neck Air Conditioner (7000mAh, 30H) hoping to get some relief from the heat wave in Egypt (currently over 35°C). Unfortunately, it didn’t cool me down at all. The device is heavy and uncomfortable around the neck, especially after wearing it for more than 10 minutes. It’s also quite noisy, even in “quiet mode,” which makes it hard to relax or use in public places. It might work better in cooler environments or milder climates, but in extreme heat like Egypt’s summer, it’s just not effective. For the high price, I expected a lot more. Not recommended if you’re dealing with serious heat like we are here right now

The airflow is strong, the cooling plates get frosty cold and it actually blows cool air. Let's dive in to more details: Noise level: It's quiet due to having the fan on the back, which allows it to be more quiet and offer a strong air flow, compared to those who have the fan on the side, which causes the fam noise to be heard louder. Battery life: Using the AI mode, I got almost 5 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. It's very impressive. By using it on full blast, I get almost 3 hours of continuous usage on a single charge. -Side note: It does work great with a power bank, for hours and hours of usage. It does limits the fan speed but it still offers impressive cooling. Use a 5V/3A power output (could be from a power bank or charging cube) to comply with the correct power requirement. Weight and neck adjustment: It's not heavy, which makes it more comfortable to wear for hours. It hughs the neck freely, since remains at the position you leave it at. I can spread it out a bit more to feel the airflow better. APP: The layout is very intuitive. It's easy to use and and understand. I do wish to be able to see the actual battery and fan speed percentage but I think it could get added later on, with future updates. The unit has buttons to change the mode, cooling/heating intensity and fan speeds, but I don't like them. There's better control with the app, than with the buttons. Cooling performance: Ahhhhh! That's so refreshing! Literally, that's what can be said. It does push cool air (takes a few minutes to get the best air cooling since it needs to cool down a small radiator inside to cool down air as it passes through). The plates get very cold to the point where frost starts forming on the middle. I live in a tropical island, and we're under heat advisories or extreme heat warnings most of the time (temperatures above 102°F). On my first heat advisory, we had a feels like temperature of 101°F. When I tested the device, it was having a bit of difficulty trying to cool down. I checked the app and tested an option called Cooling First. That made the miracle on it. The fan kicks in to the highest setting and it lowers the temperature all the way to 61°F. After a few seconds, the fan speed lowers a bit, and the cooling plates start to get cool. After about a minute, the air feels cooler than the ambient temperature. It's never going to be as cold as an air conditioner, but it definitely feels cooler than the ambient temperature. It's a great device to stay fresh during summer and this hot days we're living, and unfortunately going to keep living.

I had never heard of such a device before, but I am glad I pulled the trigger and bought the Ranvoo AICE LITE. Right out of the box you can tell this product is high quality and solidly built. It’s also surprisingly lightweight when you place it around your neck like a horseshoe. Even before you turn it on, the ceramic feeling plates have a natural cool touch to them. Once activated, those same plates take only a few seconds to immediately start cooling and you can feel it along the full sides of your neck (from front to back) plus at the back of your neck at the top of your spine. The cooling plates can get quite cold to the touch depending on how low you dial in the temperature. The fans along the side and back of the device help to push the cold air up around the sides of your neck and bottom of your ears while the fans at the back help push the air down the top of your spine and back. I only wish that those fans at the back were a bit stronger to really blow down strong underneath your shirt. You can also use the device with the fan only activated and no cooling, but the entire point of this product is to activate those cooling plates and get the full experience. Even on the highest setting, the noise level of the fans isn’t loud enough where you still can’t easily hear conversations and sounds around you. Of course, the colder you turn down the temperature and the higher the speed of the fans eats into the battery life, but overall, the battery life is pretty decent and can be charged fairly fast if you use a fast charging phone/tablet brick when you plug it into the wall. In the box a charging cable is indeed included (USB C to USB A), but not the charging wall brick. I also wish a carrying pouch or hard protective case was included in the box, but I understand this was likely done to keep costs lower. I was able to find a cheap headphone hard zipper carrying case on Amazon that fit the AICE LITE well. This device also has a heating function which I briefly tried, and just like the cooling function, those plates get warm within seconds. Of interest, I don’t believe you can activate the fans at the same time while the heat function is turned on. There is also an “A.I.” mode which measures the ambient temperature around you and adjusts the plate cooling levels up and down to reach your target temperature that you set. It’s important to download the app to get the most out of this device. In the app you can specify exact temperatures between a range of 16 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius and you also have a slider to manually adjust the fan speed beyond the default 3 speeds using the +/- buttons on the unit itself. There are some other interesting modes in the app as well and you can also upgrade the device firmware. Lastly, the device is pretty secure (but not tight thanks to the adjustable hinge) when placed around your neck. I don’t feel like it’s ever going to fall off while walking around and doing normal regular activities and chores, but I would probably avoid something like biking or jogging while trying to wear this. Overall, I am very happy so far with the Ranvoo AICE LITE and I look forward to using it this hot summer. It actually does what it says and I was quite surprised and pleased by that.

So for starters, I've had RANVOO 2024 [No.1 Coolest & Most Portable] AICE LITE Neck Air Conditioner, for over a month now. I wanted to wait to post a review until I knew what my pros and cons were about this unit while still giving it a solid chance to be everything I wanted it to be. With that being said. I live in Texas and it is almost July. If you don't know what that means because you live somewhere else, let me give a quick glimpse into a regular summer day here. 6 AM it is already 85⁰, by 9 AM the "real feel" is somewhere 95⁰+ with AT LEAST 80% humidity, and the remainder of the day is at a temperature where only Satan would be comfortable outside. Unfortunately, my 115lb great dane/weimaraner mix, does not care how hot it is in the mornings, she still demands her 2 mile walk. Now that you have an idea of how miserable it is here during the summer months, let's get into the pros and cons. Pros: 1). Even though I still sweat my butt off during those 2 mile walks, I can attest that using ranvoo during it, actually does help quiet a bit. I tested that theory out multiple times over this past month and I can honestly say, 10/10 times I will have this on every time I step out that front door. 2). The cooling plates are 🤌🏼 and I like that they go all the way around to the back of the neck. Most neck air conditioners that I've found and tested only have plates on the side of the neck so they aren't as effective. 3). I do appreciate that all "modes" have their own pros and cons so you can pick and choose which ones you like best and which ones you won't be using. 4). The battery life, at least on mine, has been fairly exceptional. With walking 2 miles, every day (rain or shine), mine typically lasts about 1.5 weeks before needed a re-charge. Cons: (I only have 1 so far) 1). The fans.. alright, so the fans on this unit are both good and bad. I put them in the cons column though because they lean more in the bad column.. at least for me. They do work pretty well and the flow can be 👌🏻, BUT, if you have medium to long hair or even baby hairs on the back of your neck that don't reach to your updo.. well then.. your hair will be eaten by the fans 🫠. Happens to be on a daily basis and has become a HUGE annoyance. It also can hurt to remove the unit because of the hair it's grabbed/ripped out. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because it is an excellent addition for those who struggle in the heat or who simply just get hot but the fans ripping hair out on a daily basis has really irritated me. Due to the time of year, I haven't tried the heat setting but I'm sure those will come in handy during the "winter" months.
