GranAroma, Strawberry Fruit Powder, 2 Oz

Other reviews had issues with the container coming open and spilling during shipping. I didn't have that problem. It arrived perfectly sealed for me. My only issue with the strawberry powder is that it doesn't have as strong of a flavor as I was hoping. I could barely even taste the strawberry flavor in my cupcakes. Next time I will double the amount. That being said, it does have a very natural taste, not chemically at all. And it's a very fine powder much like flour.

This powdered freeze dried strawberry tastes just like it should. The texture is a fine grain and easy to mix in to recipes. I have also used it to flavor cakes and pudding and it gave the right amount of taste. I do wish there was more in the package.

I love it, except that the lid came open enough to leak about 1/3 of it all over inside the baggie it was in :( I had to toss it and wash the container well. Edit: the company read this and refunded.

Spread nicely in my store bought buttercream frosting

It’s pretty good
