I have not cooked with it yet, but did put in home made ince cream. Wow.

I added this to cake batter. It hints at cherry flavor, but I'd be hard-pressed to identify the flavor if I hadn't added it myself. Perhaps I should use more of it.

Although this has a pleasant taste, it is a little weak in flavoring food. Have had to use twice as much as directed, to get achieve a good cherry flavor in the food.

A little drop of this cherry extract goes a long way! I use it to flavor my homemade cherry vanilla ice cream and yogurt to rave reviews!! It’s the only brand I will use because of the unbelievable flavor - it’s intense and packs a real punch!
