Great product worth buying
This was so easy to install for the handheld part of our shower. Within a couple of days of using it I noticed a huge difference. My hair feels softer and my skin no longer itches. I wish I would have gotten it a long time ago as our city water quality is not all that great.

if you have high water pressure don't buy this
water pressure blew this apart didn't even get one shower from it

Case not strong enough
Water shoots out everywhere. Installed properly with no leaks but the outside case is not sealed strong enough so water sprays out in all directions through the casing.
