Lovely taste. Lime and something else

I've got addicted to yuzu natural tea to the point that, when it is not in stock in the Korean shop I use, I need the next best thing...mixed up with yuzu peels

I have been looking all over for yuzu fruit for a month now, to no avail, and I decided to buy this bottled juice so that I could make a particular recipe. While I had to use more than I expected, the dish had the flavor it was supposed to. Yes, it would have been better to use fresh juice; however, this ended up being a good enough substitute. I like that the company uses a glass bottle instead of a plastic one. I don't like the price, but I like the product.Until I find a source of fresh fruit, I'm going to be buying this in the future. Use this for adding an acid punch to dishes. You can pretty much use it in anything you put lemon in. I've used it in salad dressings, sauces, places where you might use vinegar or lemon. Sometimes a shot of yuzu will bring a dish online and really boost the flavor. It is very strong. I cover the opening in the neck with my thumb and shake a few drops out onto the dish I'm preparing. It is easy to use too much. Taking a swig out of the bottle is not a good way to determine flavor. It turned my face inside out. Handy to have on hand.

The flavor is delicious, sort of a cross between grapefruit-lemon-lime. However, after making just two yuzu cocktails, the bottle is half empty. I understand that it takes several yuzus to make this tiny bottle, but these are expensive cocktails! I will probably try to combine some combinations of fresh fruits to get a similar affect next time, since I don't think it's very easy to find yuzus in the PNW. But first I'll take a look in local markets for the fresh fruit.
