Technivorm #1 Coffee Filters for Cup-One Brewer

I own my one-cup Mocamaster for several years and totally love it! These well-made filters fit perfectly inside the coffee machine's filter cup. One-time usage and just toss it into the trash. I am a happy camper using the coffee machine and filters several mornings each week for my cuppa Joe.

I spend on average about $23 per 12 ounce bag for fresh roasted coffee, so having a coffee filter fail and lose the grounds into the pot would cost about the same a a box of cheaper filters. So far, I have used about 10 boxes of filters of this brand and never had one fail. By fail I mean come apart or flop over allowing coffee grounds to evade brewing and flow directly into the pot. They brew a nice clean cup of coffee. The extra expense is worth not throwing out a pot of coffee and starting over.If you drink cheap coffee then buy cheap filters. You’ll never notice the difference. Stale pre ground coffee will mask any flavors the cheap filter might add.

I ordered these while on the toilet, which is where I also wrote this review. All thanks to the technivenom cabbage filters. They arrived with great haste, and according to an email I received from the seller outlining their shipping process; even greater care. The package contains many paper thin pieces of paper, of which are designed by top men to allow water to move through the membrane whilst ground materials remain trapped within the funnel. How do they get it so thin? Maybe one of those meat slicers you see at a deli? A razor? Lasers? It is one of life's great mysteries. However it's done, it just works. My cat enjoyed the empty box. 5 stars!

I tried to save a few pennies by using Melitta #2 filters. These worked well. However, after that box ran out and I went back to Technivorm, I was amazed at how much more flavorful my brewed coffee became. I never had any problem with either brand of filters coming apart or anything like that. The Melitta filters are just a bit thinner and have to be picked out of the basket after brewing. The Technivorm is thicker and just upending the filter basket over the bin will drop out the grounds and filter all as one. So, if you can afford the slight bump up in price over Melitta, I really recommend these filters.

The filter works well in my Mocca master 1-cup.

These filters are great for the Moccamaster 1-cup and hold up when disposing of them. I can't really muse on about a coffee filter because they are just ... coffee filters (that work).But be aware that they will most likely arrive with the box or boxes damaged, if not completely opened up within the package, so you may have loose filters inside the shipping package.

They fit properly and are a fair price.
