Graphite Smart Cafe Travel Mug

For those days I just want a fast cup of coffee but I don’t want to pull up the bigger french press this is fantastic. I had bought it in the past but brought it to my second home and forgot about it since I haven’t been there for awhile. Is great for camping too, boil water fast with a pot with heat exchanger, make the coffee and save the rest of the hot water in a thermo for another cup or to wash dishes. It washes easily at camp where water is not readily available in dry camping and keeps the coffee hot in those cold mornings in the mountains, the lid keeps bugs at bay just push the plunge very slowly and you won’t have grinds in the coffee you’re drinking, arrived faster than specified. I can’t say any negative things about it. Personally at home I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher or microwave, it might ruin it and is so easy to wash. For those of us that like to add cream you can add it after you use the press since is not attached to the lid. Price has gone up since I bought the first one but what hasn’t and I think is still worth it.

Da ich schon eine Weile den Kaffee auf die altmodische Weise trinke (Kaffeepulver rein und mit heißem Wasser überbrüht) und mir durch diese Weise das volle Aroma erhalte und das ganze sehr schnell von statten geh,t bin ich durch Zufall auf diese Tasse gestoßen. Der Vorteil liegt daran, daß man nicht das abgesunkene Pulver immer wieder mittrinkt bzw. im Mund hat, sondern den Kaffee wirklich bis zum letzten Schluck genießen kann. Also ....Pulver rein, Wasser drauf...ca. 2-3 min warten bis der Kaffee abgesunken ist (leichtes seitliches klopfen auf dem Becher hilft damit es schneller geht) und dann das Feinsieb LANGSAM runterdrücken..fertig! Wer nicht ein paar Minuten Geduld hat, der hat dann den Kaffee doch über dem Sieb und damit dann im Mund ;-) Und nur so nebenbei: Die durch das Runterdrücken des FEINSIEBES komprimierte Flüssigkeit muss über den vorhanden "Überlauf" entweichen weil sonst könnte man, das durch den Kaffee zugesetzte Sieb, gar nicht mehr hineindrücken weil Wasser nicht komprimierbar ist ;-) Noch ein Tipp: je feiner der Kaffee desto besser und schneller funktioniert das Ganze !

Super tasse, très pratique et solide. J'ai le café fait par les systèmes de presse, le goût est meilleur je trouve. La tasse garde bien au chaud pendant lontemps et le couvercle s'avère utile pour garder son café chaud plus longtemps. Très bon rapport qualité prix !
