I am so happy with this machine! I'll admit that I had some reservations because of the price point. It just seemed to have too many features for the price, which can often mean a sacrifice of quality. But that is not the case. I've owned and managed cafés, so I'm not going into this with no knowledge or experience. The last machine I used on a regular basis was a $20,000 Faema. Now, I'm not saying that this is exactly comparable to a commercial grade machine, but it comes darn close. The last small, portable, single station machine I had was a La Cimbali, that went for about $3500. I would say that this unit come very close to that machine. The set up was incredibly simple. After washing the removable parts, I dried everything off, filled the bean hopper with Lavazza Super Crema, set the grind to 10 and started the grinder. I ground a couple of seconds worth more coffee than the stock preset. I gave it a good tamping, loaded it up and hit the double shot button. The espresso came out with an excellent crema. The only aspect that was lacking (compared to units that run in the thousands of dollars) is the steaming wand, but it is by no means bad. It's true that it doesn't quite have the pressure that very high end units have, but with a little finessing you can get a nice froth. The included picture is from just my second attempt with this machine. You can see that the froth is just a little lacking here. But you just have to take a little more time with it than you might with a commercial unit. The break down and cleaning afterwards was a breeze. It comes with a few tools for cleaning, but I would recommend picking up a solid back-flush basket for the portafilter for cleaning. In short, I absolutely love this machine. I am honestly amazed at the quality at this price. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend this espresso machine enough! As someone who used to work at Starbucks and then spent years going there every day (yes, 365 days a year), this machine has completely transformed my coffee routine and saved me a ton of money. I was skeptical at first because I’ve always been loyal to higher-end brands like Breville, but this machine works just as well—if not better—and costs half as much. It’s super easy to use and navigate, but I highly recommend reading the instructions and following the guide to get that perfect shot. Once you dial it in, the results are consistently smooth and flavorful. Make sure you keep the grinder clean to prevent clumping. Recommend buying a little hand vacuum just for this machine. It also comes with everything you need to get started, except for the two espresso glasses shown in the pictures, so keep that in mind. If you’re looking to bring high-quality coffee into your home without breaking the bank, this is absolutely the machine to get!

The item was stated used like new. It was heavily used, with coffee grinds still inside the machine, on the outside of the machine, as well spilled out onto the floor upon opening it. The machine was used so badly, that every single item was stained with dried burned coffee stains and the light was already blinking, stating it needed to be descaled.

So far so good, I make espressos every morning and every evening and it does very well. Definitely worth the money. This is my second machine and it works great for what I need it to. My last machine only lasted a year so only time will tell with this one but happy so far.

I had a smaller espresso machine, plus a frother, plus a grinder taking a lot of space in my kitchen and looking messy. So i decided to get an all in one machine and after doing research i decided to go with this one. I love it! Is big but it has everything you need and it looks classy and elegant. The grinder has a dial to get coffee the size you want ot to be. The frother is very easy to use (read the manual) and if you are a pro it lets you configure the temperature of the water, the amount of water and the amount of coffee to grind. The tamper is heavy and it feels like you are a professional barista (even if you have no idea what you are doing :p)
