SO IMPRESSED! yesterday, after scoring some really good pricing on meat, my old sealer died, mid-seal! I really wanted to get the meat packaged and frozen so I jumped on Amazon and found this AMAZING sealer. First, I ordered it at noon, it was on my front porch at 6:30 pm. Thank you Amazon. Next, this sealer is SO easy to operate. I read the instructions which were very clear . I also bought their multi-size bags and wow! Inside of 1/2 an hour I sealed 14 pounds of steaks, chops and burgers. It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it works beautifully. Also has an attachment for containers as well. At this price DO NOT spend more for a sealer- just get this one.

Finally, a vacuum sealer that works, is simple to use and doesn't cost a fortune! I have tried three or four different vacuum sealers and none of them worked and had to be returned, so I didn't have high hopes when I ordered this one, but I've used it several times now and it's been such a great purchase! It's easy to use and actually works (all the other ones I tried didn't remove any air or didn't make a complete seal of the bag). We're a household of two, so we often have leftovers I like to freeze and this is perfect for that. The refill bags are easy to use and you can cut them to any size you need, so that's another nice money saving feature. This is also perfect for puchasing items in bulk (it's been great with chicken breast and cuts of meat) to portion them into smaller quantities and prevent freezer burn. The sealer is very straight forward, easy to clean and stores easily in a regular drawer. If you're looking for a vacuum sealer that works great and won't break the bank, this is it!

I was new to vacuum sealing. It took me a bit to get the hang of it with extra plastic to allow for placing it into the machine. We were able to use it on solids, liquids, and powers in prep for a canoe trip. It's is very useful. My biggest critique is the sealer wasn't always a great seal with any powdered item. As we didn't need perfect vacuum we would just seal a second time to reassure it wouldn't spill into our bags.
