So easy I think my wife could have done it without any help.
The one I bought had been used, I knew that up front. It was missing the screws but online you can find the directions and the size of the screws.It was easy to install, cut a hole in the new slab door, cut a piece of glass per instructions, applied window glazing and screwed it together, perfect!!

Would have been money ahead paying the extra $25 and getting from Grainger. Time = Money and missing fasteners and fixing shipping damage cost both. Lesson learned

The frame is well built and went together easily.The frame was too deep for my 1-3/8 thick door so we added some extra frame members and it worked just fine.
