I was looking for a portable printer and decided to buy this compact, inkless model. The build quality is superb. It supports both single and long A4-size paper and is compatible with various sizes of thermal paper. Setup was easy—just download the Phomemo app, and the Bluetooth connectivity works seamlessly. The app is very user-friendly. The output is monochrome, meaning it prints only in black. I’ll save money by not having to buy expensive ink, though I do need to purchase thermal paper. You can connect it to your phone or computer via Bluetooth or USB cable. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Unhappy with the fact that you have to use an App to make the printer work. The problem with THAT is the app is only for an Android phone, or an IPhone, NOT for a PC or a laptop. So I don't know why they show a pic of the printer hooked to the laptop, there's no driver for it to work. When you go on the App, you are VERY limited to what you can do. If you want to resise etc you have to buy a subscription to their website for 32.99 a year. Sooo.. I printed a 4 page document on the roll of thermal paper that came with the printer. Only HALF the lettering barely came through. It wasn't dark enough for someone to make a copy of it or fax it...

This is a great solution for mobile printing. The print quality is solid, it's incredibly easy to use via the Phomemo app, and the printer itself is light/portable. I will be using this when traveling and when I need to print on the go. If you don't mind the curled up paper or have time to flatten it out, then I totally recommend this printer.

No, there's no way to print a PDF at 100% instead of fit to page which means my graphics are not the size they have to be. It does do that from my Windows laptop but will not from my Android phone.) I went through backflips with printers trying to accomplish this, long story. But the proprietary app allows an 8x10 image to actually print 8x10, so there's away to get my graphics at the correct size. A bit of a workaround but it's possible, which is awesome. I love it because it's so tiny, the battery lasts a long time, and the paper rolls are inexpensive.

Am still testing it out, had submitted a return cause only had gotten the Phomemo thermal inkless printer to work once but it took so long for the return label to come from Amazon ... why I wanted my own printer in the first place as they take long to arrive thru mail, besides the dollar per label now charged as it did not used to be wyen Amazon does send them ... and the company in some cases does not seem to offer return labels anymore anyway, which is frustrating because this is an item I bought TO be able to print my own return labels as I buy everything from Amazon but occasionally need to make a return which they do accept so graciously ... so not being happy at all with the Phomemo app which is confusing with mostly pictoral designs and only worked one time for me for a return label, I decided to google if there are other free apps to use With this Phomemo thermal printer, and did manage to find Thermer which did work for me today, though not sure how to work out the adjustment technics so that my name and address was cut off but I just wrote it in. The "inkless" part of it is ironic because it actually Does fade/disappear in not too long a time so if of is importance that the print or picture should be permanent perhaps a inked printer might be a better choice. I wish they would make the ink not to fade as fast as it has that I see from a couple of uses.

I got it early, It was easy to install (Use the setup links in the product descriptions), and It did the job and printed my forms with impeccable quality. I didn't have to take extra time off work to find a print shop and now I have a cool little gadget to my collection. Want a thingamabob? I got plenty... And ink isn't one because it doesn't need any.

Works great!!! Husband is a truckdriver and needed a way to print paperwork out on the road. This fit that need perfectly. Everything prints clear and neatly. It's set up straight from the box... and connected to my phone easily. Black and white only of course, but that is all we needed.

Der Drucker ist komplett gut und sehr funktional. Die app arbeitet reibungslos dazu schnell mit dem Drucker und das Papier wird sehr einfach schnell in das Gerät eingezogen. Bei der vorherigen Kopplung mit mein Smartphone, ist es ebenfalls sehr gut und praktisch gewesen. Die app wird auch in Deutscher Sprache betrieben. Super. Der Drucker ist sehr gut intuitiv zu Bedienen. Die Geräte Beschreibung stimmt sehr gut, mit die Leistung die der Drucker bring überein. Also ich habe vorher mich darauf verlassen müssen, was glücklicherweise sehr genau in der Gerätebeschreibung zu lesen war und das Gerät schafft viel, ohne bei mir zu überhitzen. Das Resultat ist perfekt schön. Das Gerät ist ein super Erfolg und auch sehr zu empfehlen, dazu ist es mit den Preis, auch super gut. Das Gerät habe ich jetzt erst kurz, aber die Zukunft wird es weiter zeigen müssen, wie es mit der Langlebigkeit damit sein wird.
