Great treadmill, guys!
Love, love, love this treadmill. Can’t believe what we get for the price. Perfect size, comfortable, attractive, quiet, sturdy, affordable. Space for iPad and large cup holders on both sides. Everything I need in a treadmill… no costly useless bells and whistles. We hesitated to buys being that it is so inexpensive for a treadmill… must be cheap, we thought. But it is just what we hoped.

Didn't work long
The treadmill quit within months. Contacted Horizon because it was under warranty. Their repair service asked for the same information four times before finally telling me the part needed wasn't in stock. They expected it mid month. A month later still no part.

No issues, I’ve been using it for 45 minutes every day for about 2 months. Very easy to put together too!

$800 paper weight
8 months later used less than 10 times no longer works. we’ll see how warranty with company goes. i don’t have high expectations. $800 paper weight if you ask me

Treadmill for walking is fine, but may have outdated software that won’t connect to apps
The treadmill itself is fine (I use it for walking, I’m not a runner), I like the incline and speed rolling controllers. But, it advertises that you can connect to peloton and jrny apps and it does not. I’ve contacted 2 customer service reps who said my software is outdated (on a brand new treadmill) and they have had a third party company come out to replace the control board, and it’s still the old software that does not connect. I’ve been going back and forth for over a month with no resolution. So if you aren’t trying to connect with apps, then it should be fine for you (can’t speak to the feel for runners, since that’s not what I really use for).

I love this treadmill machine. It works great.

Quality at a reasonable price.
Free delivery and great value. Easy assembly but 2 people are needed. Folds nicely and is comfortable to walk on. Why spend thousands when you can spend hundreds and get a quality machine?
